I am delayed, what now?

Once the booked pickup time is in the past, we cannot change your pickup time. However, you should immediately contact your car rental company by phone and inform them of a new estimated time of arrival. When doing so, also provide your flight number if you have not already done so.

Should you not be able to reach the rental company, then please contact us via phone through the number mentioned on your voucher.
