I am delighted that I ever found the EasyTerra site and use it often though I must tell you that these past few years I find the AutoEurope site has more attractive prices so, as it always is, it's a question of just which of you has the more attractive offer for the days I will be needing the car. As every other enterprise has a system of fidelity, I wonder why you haven't initiated some sort of fidelity program offering a certain number of free days rental after so many times one has rented a car........I'm sure you might figure out something attractive. Another attractive point is that I can use your service both here in France and in the US (which I may just be doing in the near future)......

General information

Agen Train Station is located nearby the historical center of the French city between the right bank of the river Garonne and the Canal latéral à la Garonne. The extraordinary building was inaugurated in 1856. The station lies on the TGV line Paris Montparnasse - Toulouse Matabiau, which calls at the station 4 times a day with the TGV Atlantique. It's also located on the Lille Europe - Toulouse Matabiau TGV line. Apart from high-speed trains there are also intercity and local trains.

Transportation

The station offers many possibilities for onward travel. Do you prefer to stay in the vicinity? Buses and taxis are available on the square. Diagonally across from the train station on the Boulevard Sylvain Dumon in Agen you can rent a car. Agen is situated about halfway Bordeaux and Toulouse in the south of France in the Lot-et-Garonne department. The city lies close to highway A62 and the N21 which runs from Limoges to Lourdes.

Services

There's an information desk inside the concourse but opening hours on Sundays and holidays are limited. Apart from travel information and a lost-and-found office there's a special service for less mobile travelers. The station also has an AED available. In addition, there are restrooms, passport photo booths and photocopiers.

Restaurants

Inside the concourse you'll find a buffet restaurant. Here you can sit down for a meal or a drink, but it also provides a takeout service. The restaurant is open from 6 a.m. - 11 p.m.

There's a Relay kiosk. This international chain offers a large selection of magazines, newspapers, books, etc.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

Only rental companies with a high level of customer satisfaction are eligible to be included in our Worry-Free selection. This rate includes excess cover and unlimited kilometres. Your vehicle will be provided and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. With a vehicle from our Worry-Free selection, you can travel with peace of mind and no hidden costs.

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).

 When will I get a confirmation of my booking?

Most reservations will receive confirmation within minutes after payment takes place. We recommend contacting our Booking Department for last minute reservations (pick-up within 48 hours).
