We would not use you

We would not use you again. We would not expect a reputable company to be using such a dubious company as Exer. Once my initial phone call To EasyTerra was answered it was dealt with quickly at the airport. However my email regarding the car took 2 days to be answered and was not a meaningful response. The quality of the car influenced our enjoyment of our holiday. We have hired many cars in many countries but have never had a problem like this.

From my experience the excess rates as mentioned in the website are higher than the actuals and as a result less money is reserved in the card by the rental company than what is mentioned in the website. I would appreciate it if this could be fixed.

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
