I like to use your service, it is very easy-to-use and friendly, but Pls write somewhere at your site with BIG CAPITAL LETTERS that when you rent a car using option "worry free" - that doesn't mean that you get full insurance in renting company, you get it from EasyTerra and should be ready to collect all necessary papers regarding possible car damage from rental company. I think everybody should know that. I would have been saved a lot of time and taken all papers at the Avis desk if I knew the details and procedure for compensation receiving

The station is also called München Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) and it's the city's main railroad station and one of the largest in Germany. Other large stations nearby are München-Pasing and München Ost. Many international trains leave from München Hbf, to for example Austria, Switzerland, France and Italy, as well as intercities and regional trains.

Do you want to explore the city or Bavaria? Taxis and buses are available outside the concourse. The S-bahn and U-bahn stations can be found underground. Every ten minutes a train leaves for the airport. Or do you want to rent a car in Munich? There are several car rental companies nearby. There are also parking garages near the station.

You can buy train tickets from ticket offices or ticket machines. The DB information desk is open 24 hours a day. Here you can for example get information about arrivals and departures, prices, or reserve tickets. There are restrooms, Wi-Fi, luggage trolleys, a lost-and-found desk, and a service to assist the disabled.

Restaurants and shops

Inside the concourse you can find several restaurants and shops, including several kiosks to buy snacks and newspapers. If you want to do some more serious shopping, you need to go downstairs, in the direction of the U-bahn and S-bahn stations, where you'll find a shopping mall or you can go to department stores nearby.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.
