As good as it gets

As good as it gets. No issues, no worries, telephone support was friendly and helpful. In the past 20 years I tried a different company once, but never again. Keep doing what you are doing and I will a customer!

Maybe it could be a

Maybe it could be a bit more specific on the reservation statement that the additional driver is free. It was there but in small letters at the bottom. Since they couldn't read English (or at least they acted like it), they said we had to pay for the additional driver.

It is hard to request

It is hard to request help in Mexico when you have no customer service available to assist. Please look into a customer service base that can assist customers when based in different time zones

Luckily answered my mail when asking to change my reservation. Not 24 hrs service while being in different time zones. This was stressful as the local rent car couldn’t help me.

I would suggest you look into the practice of renting out bad cars maybe in this specific rental place. I expect a decent car and did not get one.

I e used you for

I e used you for many years always great rates but reliability is sometimes an issue. Sometimes I’ve found out that the rental location is far from the airport even though that’s not communicated. Next time I ll probably try renting directly and see if it’s any better.

I have rented cars several

I have rented cars several times with Easy Terra, and I never had to face a scam like that, with a rental company (Thrifty) that is supposed to be a serious one. They put in a big question about the insurance that Easy Terra offers with the rental, and I think that Easy Terra should clarify that topic with the rental companies, because as a client, I became very worried about the validity of the insurance that Easy Terra offers, and I don´t know what could happen if I rent cars with Easy Terra in the future.

Acapulco Airport in a nutshell

Acapulco Airport in Mexico is called Acapulco General Juan N. Álvarez International Airport in full. The airport has a fairly compact, but very modern terminal.

The airport is situated 19 kilometers southeast of Acapulco's city center. There's no train connection with Acapulco Airport, but shuttle buses run from the terminal to the most popular hotels along the beaches. The airport is easily reachable by car and bus via a beautiful route along Acapulco Bay.

Acapulco Airport isn't very large and there are only a few cafés and restaurants. For such a small airport the number of shops is quite extensive, including a large duty-free shop. There's a VIP lounge in the terminal, but for more extensive business services, like renting meeting or conference rooms you need to turn to one of the larger hotels or resorts. In the central hall you can view work by local artists. Other facilities at Acapulco Airport include ATMs and exchange offices.
