What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

Booking process excellent. Only disappointing aspect was when I phoned to enquire about an upgrade, was told to phone Budget or wait until I got to Oslo. Not the greatest service but hey ho, eventually got the car and all was ok.

Because of canceling and delay

Because of canceling and delay of our flight to Oslo, i had to comunicate with easy terra outside office hours. The women answering was not helpfull . She was not kind and understanding the situation. Beside that everything was very good with renting the car with Easy Terra.

Trondheim Airport in a nutshell

Trondheim Airport is located near the town of Stjørdal, about 35 kilometres to the east of Trondheim. It is both a civilian airport and a military base. The most important domestic connection is with Oslo (25 flights a day), and in addition there are international and chartered flights.
There are two terminals: terminal A for domestic flights and the renovated terminal B for international flights.

Next to the terminal there is a train station, and there is a bus to Trondheim every 15 minutes. The airport is clearly indicated from the motorways.

Near the airport there is a hotel. There is a limited number of shops and places to eat and drink. The airport has a business and conference centre. In addition to general business facilities, there are seven rooms available, for 12-45 people. There is a bank and there are cash machines. The airport is very accessible to disabled people.
